Terms of Service
Last updated July 18, 2026 · Dulai Property & Outdoor Care LLC · CSLB #999194 · Greater Los Angeles, CA
1. Who we are
Dulai Property & Outdoor Care LLC (“DPOC,” “we,” “us”) is a California-licensed contractor (CSLB #999194) serving Greater Los Angeles. When you hire us, you hire DPOC: we price the work, send a qualified pro from our network, and stand behind the outcome. These Terms govern your use of our website, instant-estimate tools, and contractor network.
2. Instant estimates are estimates
Prices produced by our estimate tools — including the live range, the P50 figure, line items, and any satellite measurement — are good-faith planning estimates, not binding bids or contracts. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after we verify scope, site conditions, and measurements. If the confirmed price differs from your instant estimate, you owe nothing and may decline before any work begins.
Satellite measurements, public parcel data, and property factors are approximations from third-party sources and may be inaccurate; they never replace an on-site verification.
3. Booking and cancellation
Submitting the booking form requests a callback and reserves your estimate; it does not create a binding contract, and submitting it never charges you. After you book we may offer an optional deposit to hold your date. Paying it is your choice, it is applied to your total, and California caps it at the lesser of 10% or $1,000. An instant estimate is not a final price — we confirm exact scope with a site check first, so any deposit you have paid is refunded in full if you cancel before a written agreement is signed, or if the site check changes the job and you do not want to go ahead. Either party may cancel before that agreement is signed. Work is performed under a separate written home-improvement contract that complies with California law, including your statutory cancellation rights.
4. Our guarantee
DPOC manages every project we accept: we select the crew, set the price, and remain your single point of contact. If the completed work does not match the agreed written scope, we will make it right — repair, redo, or refund the affected portion at our reasonable discretion. This guarantee covers workmanship for the period stated in your written contract and does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, alterations by others, or normal wear.
5. The contractor network
Pros in the DPOC network are independent businesses that we verify for licensing (where required for the trade) and insurance before their first assignment. Network membership is at our discretion. Contractors are not DPOC employees; job payout, fee, and margin figures shown on the contractor portal are computed by our pricing engine and become binding only when a specific job is assigned in writing.
Applying to the network authorizes DPOC to verify the license, insurance, identity, and business information you provide. Claiming a job is a commitment to respond promptly; repeated no-shows or quality failures may result in removal.
Active jobs use work tracking: contractors report status milestones (en route, arrived, working, complete), may share device location while a claimed job is active — sharing is contractor- controlled and only recorded between start and completion — and upload photos of material receipts, which DPOC verifies against the project’s material plan to reconcile actual material costs.
6. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, spam, reverse-engineer, or abuse the estimate tools or APIs; automated request flooding is blocked and may be reported. Content on this site — including pricing models and interface — belongs to DPOC and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
7. Communications
When you book an estimate and consent to service contact, we will call, text, or email you about that project. Marketing messages are separate, optional, and can be stopped anytime (reply STOP to texts, or use the unsubscribe link in emails). Message and data rates may apply.
8. Disclaimers and limits
The website and estimate tools are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, DPOC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or tools, and our total liability related to the website or tools is limited to $100. Nothing in these Terms limits the warranties or remedies in a signed home-improvement contract or any rights that California law does not allow us to limit.
9. Disputes and governing law
These Terms are governed by California law. Before filing any claim, contact us at (310) 499-6508 — most issues get fixed with one call. Any dispute about the website or tools will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles County, California.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service evolves; the “Last updated” date above will change and material updates will be noted on this page. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the revised Terms.
